How Reading Regularly Became a Habit

I have started reading books related to human psychology, motivation, design, and finance from December 2019. It has been a great journey since then. I have learned new things about human behavior in many aspects of life. In our life problems are inevitable. And sometimes challenges raised by these problems make us anxious. Learning about human behavior and from the people who have already been in similar situations before can help us tackle these challenges with more maturity. I have experienced the same in a timespan of a year by investing my time in reading. Making reading a habit has been proved a bliss for me because it has widened my perspective towards life and the people around me. Some of my favorite books are :

This list is small but, you get the essence of what type of books I love to read. Your taste might be different but I am only telling is that reading and implementing the things you learn from it has a different sense of joy. While reading many books you may find their ideas contradicting each other. However, keeping an open mind while reading will let you choose things that work for you. In the end, everyone’s life is different.

To create reading a habit, try reading little every single day until you do not feel that reading is a drag. I started in that manner and it took me two months to complete reading my first book.
